Where can I get a suitable horizontal mortice lock?

Hello,
We have been renovating our house but want to keep the original internal doors. Most of the doors have horizontal mortice sash locks in them. We wish to replace these with new locks bur can't find a suitable replacement.
The locks have the following measurements:
Case length 152mm
Case Height 70mm
Forend length 120mm
Forend width 20mm **
Backset Keyhole 46mm **
Backset Follower 115mm **
I have been unable to find replacement locks matching this online. The closest I can find has 25mm forend width, 51mm backset keyhole, 127mm backset follower.
If we replace with these, then the keyhole and handle hole are in the wrong place. One of the doors had already had a lock with these new dimensions installed, and the holes for handle and lock (which had obviously been adjusted) are large and quite difficult to hide with a suitable handle. We would prefer not to have to do the same with the rest of our doors.
Does anyone know where we can find locks matching the dimensions of the originals?
Many thanks for any help!
