Credit To Robert Dyas Customer Service

I would like to offer my thanks to Robert Dyas, and in particular their excellent Customer Service Team.

I bought a set of folding carver chairs from them in August 2005. One of the arms of the chair fractured yesterday. Within 16 hours of sending an email, asking what could be done, I'd received a very polite response from the Customer Service Team. Not only did they agree to deliver a replacement chair this Friday - they offered to dispatch a second one as a goodwill gesture.

So a big thank you - and credit - to Robert Dyas, and the Customer Service team. I'll certainly be buying from them again.
