Broken Agreement?

I bought a nearly new car from a main dealer last year. My choice was partly influenced by the offer of two years' free servicing which the salesman confirmed. Now, however, the garage claims that I don't have this. Do I have any redress?

Might be a bit tricky then since its just your word against theirs. Probably the best you can do is kick up a fuss. What make of dealer is it anyway?0

Similar to my lease car:-
Is it taxed for the duration of the lease?
Yes Sir!
And I had nothing in writing and at over £400 that hurt!!
Now everything that might cost me money in the future I will have in writing. However their next trick is to go out of business and when you say it's the same company name they say oh no sir its now xyz (Glasgow) ltd and not just xyz ltd .......arggg0
