I have just fixed my old phone put a different simcard in it but now it has locked and only asks for a subsidy password??? Any ideas??

after some research I know it is because it was a Vodafone phone and I'm trying to use another network card in it. I want it unlocked! Any help on unlocking this for free??Help me to help you :santa2:0
