I have won twice from The Sun over the last couple of years, and both times the prize just turned up. I have recently moved house and logged into My Sun account to update my profile but like you bishopsgirl I can't find anywhere to fill in my address details.
I emailed them but no reply.
Hopefully they have just changed their procedures and are now emailing or telephoning rather than simply sending out wins? Fingers crossed.But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!0 -
