hi there im looking at getting a dishwasher but cant decide between these two
bosch SMS69L02GB or
siemens SN26M290GB or (SN26M890GB same item in stainless steel finish)
I was thinking about the siemens but not sure, they are both similar in spec and price, all my other appliances are bosch which have never given me any problems. i thought i should try siemens for a change as they are essentially the same company.also which is better stainless steel or white any advice on pros & cons.
any advice appreciated

I think they are made by the same company! http://www.bsh-group.com/index.php?page=1026
Of the models you selected, I would choose Bosh - lower water and energy consumption, half load, quieter.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

I currently have a Bosch dishwasher and have been very pleased with it. We'll be swapping it soon, though, as we want an integrated appliance for our new kitchen and have opted for a Siemens - mainly because they seem to be excellent machines and we got a very good deal from our kitchen fitting company for it.
I'd say that both would be good. Are there any small differences, such as features, price, looks that could sway you in either direction?0 -
I have a bosch stainless and I am very pleased with it. I have a NEFF integrated and pleased with that too.
White is usually cheaper than stainless. It is down to your personal taste which would look better in your kitchen."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

the only thing that might sway me for bosch is that it makes less noise at 40db whereas the siemens is 46db. however the siemens comes with 5 years warranty and the bosch with 2 years warranty.0 -
They are most definitely built in the same factory!
Had my Siemens for nearly 9 years now - not missed a beat.0 -
Replaced our old Bosch dishwasher last year for an integrated one when we refitted the kitchen. No decision to make - our previous Bosch was 11 years old and still going, although getting a bit noisy. Never had any problems/repairs in all that time.If swimming is good for your figure, can someone please explain whales?0
