Adjustable Bed Repair (Derbyshire Area)

Does anyone know a company that offers adjustable bed repairs in Derbyshire area? I am a carer for a friend with arthritis who has recently moved home and his bed stopped working (mainly thanks to the dodgy removal company that didn't take great care of it). The bed is not under warranty and was purchased over 10 years ago. If anyone has a local contact please let me know. Thanks.

Is there a button on the plug at all as mine needs the button resetting if it has been moved?
It may be just a faulty wire come out of the motor unit if you have someone can give it a quick look before calling out proper engineers who will probably charge you a fortune for it.
Or call the manufacturer see if they can give you any advice? Dunlopillo are really good for that.
Oh and as it is a necessary item you can ask an occupational therapist for a direct payment which you can use to pay for any repairs.
Good luck as I am lost without mine.0
