    We started the double dip today, prices will start falling again this year to normal prices

  • hi, bodgerx, i remember reading something similar to this in a paper a few weeks back. Sellers pricing their property 10k to 20k more than market value, an EA wouldn't say no either. Sorry for being vague. Guess it comes down to how much it's worth to you. Consider why they are selling so soon after moving in, could be lots of reasons. Although most new builds are very attractive i've seen a few which look like Beirut even after the builders have gone.

    Actually Beirut is a very nice place, it is beatiful in fact. When I came to London and saw how dirty it was I was surprised. I wanted to buy a house in Kensington so it was near my embassy and it was just not possible to find a nice house. So now I rent, in Chelsea Barracks building, and wait for the crash that everyone talks about. I will save big money yes.
