Naughty, naughty Orange.
My OH and myself both received our first Orange bills for our new contracts (12 months free line rental deal from themobileoutlet.com) and they were more than the expected £30 per month each.
Upon checking the bill Orange had charged us for Orange world, Picture messaging bundles and itemised billing. This took monthly bill upto £39:eek: Rang Orange (awful Indian call centre) and they said sorry they would remove them.
I know they were not there when we first signed upto Orange because on connection we had to ring and the chap confirmed which package we were on and asked if we wanted any extra bundles, to which we both said no. Then had a letter confiming our package. I know how they got on there though. A couple of weeks later I had a welcome call from Orange. Call didn't go well when chap rang and said he was from Orange and could I confirm my password. I refused as I didn't know if he was really from Orange. He then told me my password and the call went from there. He again confirmed my package and asked if I wanted Orange world, NO, picture messaging, NO etc. He hung up and that was the end I thought. OH had similar call a few days later and he too refused to give his password to a cold caller or his DOB. He too refused all extras but it seems as though they just added them anyway.
