I keep getting a square coming up for winlogon.exe requesting access path c/window/system32/winlogon.exe
I keep clicking on block access but it just keeps poping up, does anyone know what it is & should I keep blocking it or just grant access, thanks guys.

It's safe to grant access in your firewall - it's the windows logon procedure...
"The process "winlogon.exe" runs in the background. It's a part of the Windows Login subsystem. Winlogon is necessary for user authorization and checks the Windows XP activation code."

Personally having tried McAfee, and the continual pop ups I gave it up in the end. Spent more time dealing with pop ups than anything else.
I contacted my Internet service provider and they put in place all the anti-virus and spyware, plus firewall I need. (May as well use your ISP seeing as your paying for it, that's what I says.
Good luck with McAfee anyway, maybe it will be okay for you.0 -
