Looking for a holiday to get away from it all...

Early September.
We're not beach folk but more lakes and mountains.
I found the perfect place in Norway but although the price is good it doesn't include flights.
Otherwise I spotted something in Czech Republic but I'm not sure...we really want to get away from civilisation....
..all on a budget of 300pounds
does anyone have any thoughts/ideas please?
