Out of date seeds

    parsnip seed doesn't keep so if out of date forget it. everything else whack it in and see, just do it a bit early so you can sow new if they don't germinate. :)
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

    One of the rules with old seed:-
    plant thinly and none come up.
    plant thickly and they all come up.

    Thanks Val. Yes, quite are few are salad leaves, which I will have a go with as they're not something I'm that bothered with and I can do them in containers. I ordered new peas, beans, toms and peppers, which are crops that I would hate to fail. Still have to get pots and onion sets along with parsnip seeds which I forgot yesterday:mad:
