Just wondered if anyone had made a claim while involved in an IVA, and what was the outcome???
Not going to do it if i lose all money, as I am already going to be clearing nearly all my debt anyway and by claiming I will lend up giving them more money back.

I claimed all my credit card charges back - had to give them half, but that was fine,cos I dindt have the money in the first place,so what I was left with was a bonus.... (it was over £500 for the charges they took half of)
you can do it - you just have to let them know you are - after all, we all signed up to share any extras !!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
