Followed the advice on this site and happy to say I got a refund of 2k which I subsequently blew on a skiing holiday in Colorado ! It was worth it. Good luck to those who challenge their own band. Beware 3rd party companies who offer to do this for you and take a % it is very simple to do this yourself. 10 mins work:)
