Urgent Post appeal for a very poorly little girl (upsetting content)

Hello, I'm desperately trying to find some people to senda card for a very poorly little girl who has just joined Post Pals, I know a lot of you make cards and little gifts so I thought I would post here.
She is called Sophie and is 2 years old, she has been battling cancer since she was 15 months old and sadly she probably only has a matter of days left. Her family would love for her to get some cheerful post to make her smile

Cards need to be sent first class and check her page before sending anything.

ps)edited to say there were posts a while back in the charity section as they were fundraising to take Sophie to America

I know Sophie and her mum, and if anyone can spare some time to send Jessica and Sophie a card I know it will be well appreciated, it is so sad that Sophie has not very long in this world. her family are amazing, they are an inspiration, so kind to others in similar situations. My heart goes out to them.You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0

Thank you everyone, Her mum updated this morning to say they thought today was her last day but she ended up spending 3 hours awake
