Building Works/Advice

I'm having some building works done, removing internal walls and central section of external wall, extending kitchen, creating w/c and installing folding doors, then new kitchen. I've got a SE coming round tomorrow and I've spoken to BC.
I've got one company coming round who'll give me a price for doing the whole job from start to finish, this is obviously the easist way , but probably the most expensive. Another two coming round to do all the building works including the electrics and plumbing and get the room to a stage where a kitchen fitter can come in ,probably my preferred option.
I'm also going to get a quote from the separate trades, this would probably be the cheapest, but it would require more project management.
My question is, what order would they need to be on site, if I am going to PM the job myself who should I get in first (I assume the builder, but there are electric in the wall to be relocated)?
Any help/advice would be gratefully received
Regards,
Matt

Electricians are used to working in 2 stages - laying cables and boxes in before plastering and wiring up fittings and finishing off after. Understanding this should make it all easier for you. Not so critical for the plumber, who comes after the plasterer - kitchen fitter should cover this.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
