I did tell him if he continued to speak to me that way I would cut him off, but it didn't have much affect! Trouble is I find it so hard not to argue back!
Light is orange, its still on but it has stopped flashing now! Last time I had this the garage just cleared the fault, am hoping its the same problem and nothing serious.LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

I have learned now not to raise my voice, and to tell them politely, firmly (and apparently in Hyacinth Bucket's voice) that I will not be spoken to that way and if they wish to continue the conversation they must amend their tone (and desist from choice language, if appropriate) or I will end the call. They dont get a second chance - I always hang up if they continue to be rude. This occasionally results in a complaint to my boss but he always backs me up. I do try to see it from the other persons point of view, its a stressful time for my clients, but there is a limit to what I will tolerate. I suppose in my job its inevitable though - I am always going to be upsetting one of the two people involve in every one of my cases!0

Good on your boss. I don't get too many calls like that as I deal with our clients rather than debtors but I have had a few ring me by mistake and it's not nice at all. xxLoan - [STRIKE]£6991.95[/STRIKE]£6180.01; Barclays Res - [STRIKE]£600[/STRIKE] £0 - £22 per week , NWB Grad O/D - [STRIKE]£1185[/STRIKE] £887.86 18.28% SWALEC - [STRIKE]£700[/STRIKE] £0 NPOWER [STRIKE]£220[/STRIKE] £0 Kays - [STRIKE]£591.28[/STRIKE] £0 TOTAL DEBT - [STRIKE]£10,288.23[/STRIKE] £7,000.01 31.96 % Paid off. He made it home last night borrowed a Landrover from a friend at work for a few hours, came in had a hot dinner packed up a few days clothes and went again. We have agreed its safer to stay in the room he has until Sunday unless things improve here greatlyMARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035
