Hi Happy, I've been to my parents as well today for a yummy roast.

OH is off to Turkey with a friend today for a week, no snoring and no arguing over the remote, bliss!

I have realised that my dream is to own an apartment in the French Alps. My OH has also said he would like to save for this once I am debt free. I don't see why I can't save £50k over ten years if I can pay off £18,650.47 in 3 years plus interest (OH would save same amount). I don't want a mortgage on the apartment, I will own it outright. I would love to spend the whole winter season snowboarding.

Everyone needs a dream right :)

Hi Woo, glad to hear that you didn't have a hangover and escaped before any arguing!

Body boarding and belly dancing sound fun, it's a shame the day off would have to be unpaid. Maybe see if you could raise the £50 by then and then decide whether to go?

I agree with getting a photo up somewhere - I have lion photos that I took up next to my desk, just to remind me of what I love and why I want to be DF.

    x:)x
