npower - still no bill...
Options
We moved in to a 1 bed flat at the end of November and was told npower was our provider. I created an account and submitted meter readings but we still haven't received a bill.
I can get into npower.co.uk but there is no record of our meter readings, or new address.
What do we do?
What's likely to happen?

Bills are usually quarterly every 3 months so I would say you due one any day soon
why not ring them and ask about a bill?0 -
I called but they have no record of the meter reading i supplied them.
I do have an npower account however...
Shortly after i sent the reading, someone came around to check the gas meter from npower, so it's very strange!0 -
nPower's billing is only six monthly for many tariffs. It is important to determine that you are on an appropriate tariff- different ones vary significantly in price. You ought to write to nPower and ask them to confirm the starting date, the starting reads and the tariff you have been signed up to.0
