Vigilant PHL only have 1 product. Almost prime. They have 2 rates on this product but only 1 product.

PHL also require the vendor to have owned the property for 6mths.

    All one product.

If you going to quote rates please do it right. The 2 rates I noted are avaliable to all intermediaries. Others are semi exclusives, do it right.

6.39% 2yr fixed. Max 60% for purchase and remo
    6.69% 2 yr fixed. 65%. Purchase
6.69% 3yr fixed. Max 60% for purchase and remo
    6.99% 3yr fixed. 65% Purchase

All the above are semi exclusives so only avaliable to certain business partners.

Then have a 8.69% 2yr or 3yr fixed. Again 60% max on remo. 65% on Purchase.

Depends on your definition of a product. 1 product with several rate options.

    Either way you were wrong.

This is an intermediary lender, giving access to brokers for the Co-op/Brit.

Look at the site and you can see the offer deals from mainstream to nearly prime and b2l.

No lender wants to be called sub prime any more. Its specialist or intermediary.

The rates look competitive but they dont have a big range.
