I did 2 mystery shops today, 1 last week but not counting them until money in my account.

I have now got a part time job which will be my main income and anything I make from Avon (?LOL) will be extra!

Thanks sweetpeas - it is 3 days and I am going in tomorrow to discuss what days. It was advertised as a full time position and I applied telling them I only wanted to work part time. The Receptionist printed off my CV, but not my statement explaining why I was applying for the job and the fact I wanted to work part time!

So at the interview when they mentioned it was a full time position, once again I explained I only wanted to work 3 days, and they agreed! I am hoping to work 8.30-4pm with half an hour lunch but it might be a much to ask after negotiating a full time job to part time! I mean they will be getting the same amount of work out of me! Just by the time I pick up DS and take him home, it will be 5.30-6pm and he will be hungry so will have to rush to feed him, bathe him and then put him to bed.

    We shall see. xx

Not much to report really - I havent included the savings made on my trip because I haggled stuff down in the market.

Saved 49p on a loaf of bread on Monday night (half price) and got a free taxi fare worth £9.11 - had terrible trouble when I got back from the airport, the cabbie decided that his credit card machine wasnt working and I only had about £10 on me to pay a cab fare of £40:eek: - had to run into my flat, scrabble around for bits of cash and my debit card, ran to the bank withdrew some money (thankfully cabby had stopped the meter) and then he told me to hop in his cab as he was driving to the city centre and he would drop me off at the shop as he was driving past it..I noticed that the meter said £9.11 but I didnt have to pay:j

Forgot to add £50 late christmas present from my parents.
