Hi Marie,
Log in and press "play bingo" to bring up the list of rooms. Go into any of the bingo rooms by pressing "play now" and then click on the "favourites" tab on the top left just above where it says "Deal or No Deal Classic". Then press the tiny number 2 underneath the square labelled Bouncy Balls - that should bring up the Necker Island free scratchcard, which is the one you want. Click on that and the scratchcard will open.
