Samsung C10 SD or Panasonic S26

Have decided we could do with a new camcorder for the hoilday we havn`t yet booked! Don`t want to spend lots, would like it to be small (our current one is a Canon and its 14 years old cost us £1000+ :( but the little tapes are all sat in a draw and it doesn`t connect to the computer also its a bit bigger than the new models) I would like it to be able to film nightime fireworks at Disney as well as daytime stuff and not be blurry.

Does anyone please have any comments on the above two which seem really reasonable, or are the prices too good to be true by being cheap but not good quality filming?

Many thanks
