Video and slides to DVD

Hi all,
I have a set of 20 slides and some family videos which I would like to transfer to DVD. This company seem very competitive pricewise. Has anyone had any experience of them, please?

I can't do this myself and the video to DVD prices I'd been previously quoted locally were much higher than this.
Any advice or tips I should be aware of, please folks?
