CD Wow Returns

I ordered a CD from https://www.cdwow.co.uk, which arrived this morning. The CD is a gift for a friend, but I'm a little worried someone else might buy it for her too! So today I went to look on the website to see what the process is for returning the CD, should I need to. However, on the website, it states that :

CD WOW! will only accept returns for the following:
  • Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
  • Goods supplied incorrectly
  • Goods that vary from their description on the website
Am I right in saying that this is illegal? I thought I was entitled to return anything bought online within 7 days. And does anyone have any experience in dealing with CD Wow with regards to this?

You are entirely correct that the UK DSR say this. CD-Wow I understand are not based in the UK, so this wouldn't apply.
I could be wrong, if so, apologies.

Cheers. I had a vague memory of them being HK based but then being bought out.
