Selling Alloy Wheels
Hey,
I have recently changed my Alloy wheels and I have an old set to sell! I am a member of a few car forums and will be posting on there to see if they want them, but just wondered if you lot knew of any free sites where I could post them up in the hope someone takes them off my hands?

You're best bet is to put them on Ebay. That will pull in the people who specifically want those alloys. Just make sure you state where you are based so people know where they have to be collected from. Wheels are way to expensive to send.If you found my comment helpful, please click the 'Thanks' button below :T0

I just didn't fancy putting them on eBay to start with. I reckon they are worth £200+ and I didnt want to give eBay anymore of my money in fees! lol.0

Card in the newsagents window can be very effective, if they get the right type of customers, first car owners looking to make their own more attractive. Do you have a local town or village free paper you can advertise in?0

list on ebay and reserve your right to end it early
In the United Kingdom 200,000 people are bitten by dogs every year and some people will die as a result. Of those bitten, 70% are children... So the question has to be asked....... Has the time come to ban children?0 -
Ebay, you can post wheels for £10 each via parcel2go/interparcel. I've sold a few sets. Most people collect them.Happy chappy0

Definately ebay - i've sold several sets and they always go for good money. You'll end up with more money by paying ebay than any other method.0

Got to be worth a try on eBay, especially during summer.
If you type "48 hour parcel" into the search on eBay, you will find a seller doing 48 hour parcel delivery for £6.95 - 30Kg maximum. They use Parcelforce, but at that price, who cares?0
