Holiday ins.. virgin flight delayed
Comments

Well.
I received my letter off Virgin today regarding the delay, and upon filling my claims form in it asks me am I claiming off the Company, I assume that means Virgin, it asks have I received anything off them also??? again i have had nothing so thats okay, the other thing it asks on the claim form is how did I pay for the holiday (ie credit card) and what did it cost, surely that has nothing ot do with the delay? or am I missing something here, I dont expect to get much off my hol ins.. but we both had to take another days leave from work, and get a taxi to pick us up as my dad couldnt make it that day, which is why I would like some recompense from Virgin for the extra costs incurred., I will write my letter today:p
