My electric Budget account direct debit was increased in Dec 2009.
I have telephoned British Gas today as I have dual fuel with them regarding my recent bills.
I have given them a meter reading on both supplies and have asked for my credit balance to be refunded to my on Martins advice.
I just can't believe the amounts of monies involved.
My monthly payments were as follows:-
GAS £61.00
ELEC £55.00
Now they are:-
GAS £40.00
ELEC £12.00
My refunds are
GAS £183.44
Elect £176.01
Total refund £359.45
Unbelievable…. everyone should do the same….
Good luck
