I bought the item well before Christmas, so the 45 days that Paypal allow for raising disputes had passed.
It was good to get some, if not most of my money back, but had I known the item would be shipped from, and have to be returned to China, I would never have bought it. And if they apply a restocking fee, how are they restocking a faulty battery? Could they be putting it in another box and selling it off again?

May be worth contacting the registrar for the domains, nominet or whoever, as using fake contact details for registration is not allowed, you should be able to get them to either force them to put in the real address, or have the domains pulled completely if they dont comply.
