If someone said my cakes tasted like a packet one I'd be quite pleased :rotfl::rotfl: sorry!
Bowmaker here - it's handmade and does the job far better than a fork :rotfl: see I do at least know where the kitchen isOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

I know thats what craft spending is like and it accounts for a lot of my debt. However I don't want people to fall into the same trap. Here is a great site for free and lovely people digi stamps. I got most of my sweet pea stamps from the original website here but it takes a few weeks - when the sales are on they are amazing tho!0 -

I have stamped them and they just come out all black, although I'm not sure what else I was expecting lol! It's just when you look at the backing of the stamps it shows them in pretty different colours! Does that make sense?
sounds as you have to put different colour inks on them to colour them.
sorry to hear about MIL Rainmac0 -
Evening all, hope everyone has had a good weekend, OH has decided he isn't going unto work tonight so have him here for an extra night :j
Managed to be actively encouraged to spend money at bunny zoes earlier whilst OH was watching, thanks choccy lol
Was just wondering if anyone know what the puffy flocking is called? Presumably you heat it to get it to puff up? Seen it on quite a few Christmas cards so far this year? Can anyone help?
Thanks for the links to the sweet pea stamps, I have been rescued by the lovely choccy who is going to stamp me some!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Soma thanks for the link to the blog, fab stuff on there.
I'm baffled with the stamps...Can't figure out how I would put a few colours on one stamp? I seem to be missing something!
Rustyflange - I think it's just called flocking powder, just had a look on ebay they've got a pack of 4 colours for £2.490 -
Rainmac did you give OH a dig in the ribs for letting his mother say that to you? After all, he does really well out of your fab cooking. I'd make her a really sharp lemon drizzle cake next time she comes for tea.
Craftgirl, that me in the bathtub following you. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
I use ink pens to put more than one colour on the stamp before stamping - like whisper pens0
