Craftygranny Thank you for your offer, I am after a neutral sampler as I don't know what SIL is having, something I can stitch a bit of pink or blue in fairly quickly (I am not a quick stitcher lol) any ideas?

Lei-Armstrong Congratulations on your weight loss, wow four stone, I really need to get back to the gym haven't been for ages so wasting my money but I am struggling to find the time, need to lose a stone so that is my resolution for next week to go 3 times and try and keep it up

Rusty think your DD's teacher will love that

Melissa Think I will need to buy the delovely papers, trying not to buy anything until I have made a few more cards

Is the wii-fit worth it? I am thinking of getting one for when I don't have time to go to the gym but don't want to waste money if it's not that good

rainmac - either footie or enjoying the sunshine..........I've been decluttering our bedroom..........amazing what you find..........few things that can be recycled as christmas pressies I think.

Oh, this might be an idea for something.........young girl who cleans for me was doing something in the garden yesterday and pinned her hair up with a couple of clothes pegs...........got me wondering what could be done to 'pretty' them up-any ideas ?

Skiergirl - fabulous men's cards - I really like the one with the boat - it looks great with the glitter.

Mad-Frog - the wii fit game is okay - I bought it more for the balance board as it works with quite a few other games. The kids love the balance section on the wii fit, I go on the aerobic section and do the jogging - I have done the step aerobics too. It gets a bit boring that you can't just do a workout - you have to keep stopping and starting to select things. Its handy though because it does weigh you.

Rainmac - Typical that bunny zoe has 10% off just after I ordered the other day!!! Love your xmas card by the way - I've got a few cards that I've got to make for challenges before I crack open my Olivia pad (including my challenge!!).

Mary - I suppose you could stick gems on the pegs - that would look pretty

Mad Frog i have the chart for this which can all be stitched then the babies details added afterwards in maybe pink or blue . And i have this which would need the blanket doing at the last min and the details . Or if you're not particularly a tatty ted lover i have some others .

melissa - thanks - gems would be good. The only other thing I could think of was flowers. Think I'll have to experiment a bit

    Hi all,
I know this is a little off topic but I know some of you ladies also make your own jewellery. I have recently started making my own jewellery but am using hubbies pliers etc at the mo, can any of you multi crafting ladies advise me on the best tools to buy for making my own jewellery?. Do i really need to by an expensive set or are the cheaper sets on ebay just as good?
I know there is a jewellery making thread on here but it is nowhere near as popular as this one.
    Thank you
Correction title should read jewellery making tools/pliers
