Making cards - Ideas for beginners (part 4)

Cough, splutter, whirr, whirr. OH managed to turn the computer on this morning but it made this dreadful whirring sound, he thinks the fan's on it's way out now. It keeps locking up and must be a man as it can't cope with two jobs at once :rotfl: . Anyway, computer guy is taking the offending machine away Sunday lunchtime and we'll get the brand spanking new sleek black beauty back some time on Monday. In the meantime I may be able to get on, maybe not. I managed to blog a couple of cards yesterday and enter them for some challenges, probably wont bother now until next week, it's not worth the hassle of getting so frustrated at the computer.

Anyway,

oh dear, I have just gone from being in a really great mood to being in a really carppy one, all at my own stupidity I made a card for the stitchy blog DT call this morning and I was so, so pleased with it, posted it on my blog and then went to link up the OSAAT blog and the deadline must have closed this morning without me realising oh well I should have got my act together sooner I suppose, so annoyed with myself ;(

Marg - yeah I saw that - I presume you can use them in a big shot????? (I haven't got round to embossing anything yet!) It did seem like a good deal - trouble is I couldn't see anything else that I wanted to take me up to the free postage - maybe I'll have another look.

it is my OH's birthday so this is a flying visit as I have spent the last few days being a good wife and baking muffins and a cake:rotfl: Now I need to sort out his pressies before I pick the boys up from school
