I bought Crafts Beautiful this month and there is a nice free event for anyone who is near to Rushden, Northants. It is on Saturday 26 June and Sunday 27 June at Colmans Craft Warehouse. There are lots of demonstrations and special offers including Martha Stewart punches (unboxed) half price from £4.99 - £9.99, Big Shot £50, Spellbinders Nestibilities 2 for £28.

That is the craft place nearish me :), I am hopefully going to look at the Nesties ;). If anyone wants me to look/buy anything for them please pm me x

Flourgirl, hope yor OH had the kitkat after the soup and not dunked in it as you do with bread ;)

Mary, great news, you and Mr Mary must be feeling very relieved xxx

    Good morning all!

Flourgirl - sorry to hear Mr F is still poorly - think these things take their time but it's no consolation when you are suffering. Pleased things went well for your Dad & Mum is happier with new glasses.

MaryOP - Glad the boffins don't want to see Mr M again for a while. I guess being up @ 4am isn't one of the better bits of looking after your 'lads'.

Craftgirl - Ahh! poor LO. (hugs)

Gemm - (Hugs) think the meds usually take 10 days to improve things. Take care & come back soon x

    Congratulations ****** & *******

    Thrifty - :wave:Welcome back

Did someone ask about the birthday list??? Please pm me.

Rainmac I have to say, all your cards are soo beautiful, I love the papers you have chosen for them all xx

Just got back from the hospital, my Dads little op went well and the surgeon was pleased too. He has 5 stitches just above the temple, it looks a bit gruesome at the moment as it hasn't a dressing on it just some of that spray skin stuff, Mum will put him a dressing on for bed so that the stitches aren't disturbed. Plus Mum has her new glasses :) and its given her her confidence back thank goodness! I have left them having a nice cuppa and Dad opening his birthday cards and presents.

DH isn't much better today :( seems all the pain killers and antibiotics have upset his tummy :( he is in bed at the moment as he didn't have much sleep with it last night. I hope by tomorrow we see some sign of improvement.

This weekend it is the Southwell (Notts) Folk Festival and I am hoping the weather is nice on Saturday so we can go and watch the Dancing and Street entertainment for free :) very MSE!

Gemm if you are reading the posts I hope you ae feeling much better, we are missing you. Lots of Hugs (((xx)))

Rusty I will go and do your favour now ;)

Glad your Dads op went ok, hope your DH feels better soon xxx

Gemm - Nice to see you back, keep your chin up xxx sending hugs

Thrifty - lovely to see you back, sounds like things are starting to pick up! xx

Craftygranny - Thanks, I will have to try and get to a bigger one to see if there is anything.

Craftgirl - Hope your LO gets better soon xx

Wow congratulations to **************** & ************** xxx well done :j

Oh is on his way home early :j he had a meeting this morning and managed to leave straight after :j he went shopping last night and bought 2 iPads one for each of us, I shouted at him for spending so much money but I am chuffed, means the laptop can be used to blogging and the craft robo! :j can't wait to have a play, will be so weird!

Hope everyone has a good day!

Addams - this place is selling nesties for £11.99 - unfortunately they only have two sorts. I emailed them yesterday asking if they were likely to get anymore in stock at this price - I'm just waiting to hear back from them.

This place has them - 2 packs for £30 - trouble is its free postage if you spend over £35!!!

    Glittermum - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

    Congratulations to ******* and *******!!!!

    Morning al!

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all my flipping gorgeous cards. I think it was JuJu who said she hasn't had so many since she was a child - and I agree. It's just so lovely.

I've been pretty busy lately and haven't really been in touch on here - so big hugs to everyone who needs them. Gemm - hope you're doing OK. Thrifty - lovely to see you back.

I'm of for lunch with DS2 and some mums today, and then off shopping to get food for tomorrow's birthday and footie BBQ that we are having.

I've just realised that I've 3 weeks till the school summer fair - and I haven't really got any stock. Typical that I actually don't feel like making much when I actually need to!

Oh PONR - the sock monkeys are brilliant. I really must dig out my sock bag and do some for the fair!
