Really need to get some silver bulldog clips like rainmac used on her coaster notepad. Can anyone help, pref with postage as I'm so busy I really can't get out to far at the mo.

I have some small ones but they are black, here i just put a piece of matching card on them to make them a bit nicer. I got them from asda. If you would like some i could send you some ( if i can find them) i am ashamed of my craft room it's so messy. But i make things every day so don't tidy away. Thing is my stuff are starting to get ruined. I ran over a load of alphabets with my chair and they broke so i really must sort it all out.

Oh wow, you are all so lovely! :j Super excited about card making now, have been going through the thread and I'm bursting with ideas now :)

Mocked up 2 more cards this evening, though not craft-y type ones, more little funny photo ones - one for my Dad for Father's Day and one for my nephew for his birthday at the end of the month. I've never been so organised!

I ordered some assorted patterned paper from Ebay and it arrived today, from KarensKardsUK (I think that's the right spelling) so am having a ball sketching out some new card ideas and admiring the general prettiness of the paper!

Even hubby likes the cards I've been doing so far - so I must be doing something right!

    Jo :)

I've blogged a scrapbook page of my Dad for the Creative Card World challenge. I don't tend to do many these days as I used to. I was a bit slack there, you lovely peeps have beaten me to it. :D

Evening all - hope everyone is ok.

Hassy - I had my eye test today. It was very thorough, last eye test I had was in India!! Surprisingly, my eyesight has not really changed which was good. I had to fight back an urge to giggle though as the guy was almost cheek to cheek with me when he was shining the light in my eyes. Glad the light was out as I'm sure he would have seen my face twitch!!! I only had to pay £5 so was very pleased. Didn't buy glasses there and caught the bus to Boots as I had a half price sunglasses voucher to use. I ordered a nice pair of Guess sunglasses with prescription lens in.
ali.b.123 - lucky you going for a promarker training session. You will be an expert soon! I could do with a session on that as well!
melissa - thanks for the link for the tickets!!
Mad-Frog - will pm you now!!!!!! Thanks chick!
dragonllew - congrats on being picked for the DT on Donna's.

Still no sign of my promarkers - I need them to finish my mum's birthday card!!!

Off to visit my auntie in hospital tomorrow. She had a very major operation today to remove a tumour. Thankfully it seems to have gone well.

Still have to make a birthday card for my mum and a father's day card!
