Making cards - Ideas for beginners (part 4)

Just blogged a quick Get Well card for a Red Hat friend.
We were supposed to be going to Ickworth House (a National Trust property) tomorrow but the Harbinger of Doom (my OH) has been studying his seaweed all week and says there's going to be rain in that area and it's been called off. Someone, not too far from me, won't get any dinner tomorrow if he's wrong. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

Hi all,
Bit of a random question, I'm afraidHas anyone got any idea where I can get some stickers, pre-printed with "keep out of reach of children under 36 months" or similar for sticking on the back of handmade cards. I know I could print them, but my printer is useless!
Thanks in advance,
Mills x0 -
Just thought I'd share a little brainwave, you remember I'd had problems with Anita tacky glue not coming thro' the nozzle and then using too much & making a mess. Well, I've now found that the wooden stirrers you get at certain posh coffee shops instead of a spoon make fantastic spreaders for it. They are narrow and firm enough to put the glue where you want it.
Choccy - I hope to be able to blog mine tomorrow or Monday at the latest (IYSWIM)
Wifey - snipped you -

Just had a quick glance at my new copy of cardmaking and papercraft and there is an article on how to colour your images with promarkers. I haven't read it yet and looks quite basic but the pics are nice and clear and I think it probably quite a good starter for any one new to promarkers (like me, I bought mine and haven't done anything with them yet, other than taking them out and looking at the lovely colours a few times!).0
