Has anyone got the ulimate pro. I have been watching it on the create and craft shopping channel. Would love to hear your views on it0 -
Sorry kelly Lou no idea what an ultimate pro is! You can buy scalloped shapes too. I got some at an exhibition from Dianes Die cuts & she is on line here http://www.diannesdiecuts.co.uk/. HTH
Have a good night out Choccy
Glittermum - forgot to say earlier - commiserations on the footie result - so sorry your team didn't win.0 -
Thanks for posting the link for the Die Cuts Marg, I didn't know you could buy them pre-cut, Just put an order in!:j
Congratulations on the wins ladies!0 -
Well i got all the cards i needed to do done for yesterday. I have blogged one but i am waiting to find some challenges for the others before i post them once tomorrow is over i will have time again until the middle of june when my next craft fair is.
Can i do some shameful plugging of mine and my friends facebook page? I am not sure the rules on posting direct links as they seem to change all the time. I had a group which got quite a few peeps but i set up a new business page and not many people have joined it. Also my friend has just started out selling her water colour paintings and i am helping her out a bit with it. I am taking some of her work to my craft fair tomoz.
I have just added all my new cakes that i have made so fair today. They are all wrapped now and just need labels. But by doing them on the comp i have been a bit side tracked so i had better get back to it.
Congrats on your win rainmac and happy birthday juju:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -

:j:j HAPPY BIRTHDAY CRAFTY JUJU AND MISSY.... :j :j :bdaycake:
Hope you have both had a great day so far..Self imposed crafty stash ban: started again 22/8/10 1 whole month stash free!
I must not buy stash, I must not buy stash, I must not buy stash!0 -
Kelly-lou, i had one ages ago, sold it and bought myself a Scor-pal scoring board. It wasn't much use to me as the embossing lines and the scoring line were all I ever used. I never cut any shapes out as my cutting is as good as a two year olds. I invested in a Wizard die cutter, most peeps on here have either a Cuttlebug or a Big Shot machine. Most dies are interchangeable with nearly all the machines and you can buy embossing folders for a different look. Nearly all blogs will give you the recipe of what has been used on a card.
The next step after the die cutters is a Craft Robo or a Cricut machine
This is ikki's blog, it's amazing what she knows about die cutting. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
Louby your blog is fab, I love you bathtime cakes, they are so cute!!
I'm trying to be organised and make some cards for the school teachers for the end of summer term, I'm looking for some images I have no idea what they are called sorry if I've just made this up but I'm sure I seen an image with a little boy sitting on a pencil?? Have I just dreamt that!! I've had a quick look on ebay but can't seem to find anything!0 -
Evening all!
What a weird weather day - my washing got blown all over then soaked then pounded with hail and now it's dry :rotfl:
Craftgirl - I know the image you mean - fairly certain it's a Magnolia Edwin stamp but no idea what it's called sorry
I've blogged my challenge card (am so glad I bought that retro flower punch) and a couple of others I made today including 2 more Father's day cards
Still resisting any new stash - am finding it easier not to spend anything at all rather than limit myself to a specific amountOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended
