Hi Lyndach - sorry, I wasn't criticising the list! I can never remember my blog addy & couldn't think how to say I've got one now. It'd be good if you put a list on here as I'm not sure I follow everyone.

    hello

Another quickie from me - back definitely on the mend but still not great. ;-(

Promised myself a trip to hobbycraft for promarkers tonight as its payday and I needed cheering up. Left with nothing (apart from a very grumpy boy) - what is wrong with me?

Have made a few 'urgent' card this week but they're pretty much thrown together. Did manage to make one that fitted the music challenge but forgot to take a picture ! DOH!! Have one on my phone which I can probably text across if necessary. I'm not going to be able to make another.

Right - that's about as much as the old back can take - at least I have a good excuse for missing the bosses leaving do on Friday night. The thought of spending anymore time with some of the people going was becoming too much for me. I'm not very good at small talking with people I despise.

I'm going away to think happy thoughts and make up my b-i-l's sweetie hamper - THANKS RUSTY for the bags. Tom's parcel arrived too - he's so pleased with the die-cuts and papers - especially the unicorns and monsters! THANKS AGAIN - You're a star!

Padster Thankyou for my fab ATC swap and the lovely card you sent me. I got them this morning. I would have posted yours today if I'd remembered to take the envelope to work with me D'oh! I'll put it in the post tomorrow. I'll post pics on my blog later so you can all see them. (Exciting this was my first swap!) Off to catch up and post again later...

Thank you Craftgranny! And you too Rainmac for thinking of me.

Do I just print it off onto the particular piece of card that I'm using then?

The Wife has some lovely patterns too, thank you too!

I knew I could get help from all you lovely ladies.

Helloooo - I'm back after several days abscence, lost my card making mojo and was doing a bit of sewing instead. I've made 2 baby girl cards as my SIL wanted one and she has bought another card and a sock monkey from me! She has also taken my box of cards into work, along with some bracelets and sock monkeys so here's hoping she sells some of it!!! Cards are on my blog.

Hope everyone is ok, I'm typing this at the same time I am catching up on posts, there are so many posts and I am just having to scan them so hope that anyone who is not feeling well is feeling better and congratulations to everyone that has won a challenge!!

Hassy - thanks for asking about my Auntie. We spent just over 6 hours at Oncology on Monday and she had 2 different lots of chemo. Bit of a mammoth session for her, the last before her operation. Sounds like you have been very busy with your garden, you'll have to put photos on your blog to show us how pretty it looks now.

Jowri - Belated Birthday Wishes - hope you had a fab day.

ScattyJan - good luck with the 2nd viewing, hope they are interested and that your househunting is going well.

CT19720 - well done on your card sales.

Juju - hope your ankle is feeling less painful today.

Rusty - I like your golfing lady card. Looks fine to me.

rainmac - hope you are feeling better.

Melissa - have you received your flowers yet from Mulberry Crafts??

I got some lovely cardboard in Lidl today - it is in a pack of 25 sheets and it is 270g so really sturdy. There are 25 different colours including pastel and brights and it is £1.99 a pack. The pack says 'Coloured Paper' on it but it is lovely thick card inside!! They are open so you can see what you are getting.

Hello and welcome to this lovely friendly thread, the fact that you are after advice on spending money on crafty items makes it even better.

Unfortunately I haven't ordered from craft superstore so can't help you I'm afraid but I'm sure one of the lovely ladies on here can.

DTB - Noticed earlier that Hobbycraft have some more Promarkers listed on site. Didn't dare order anymore as already wondering how I'm going to explain to OH how my promarker numbers have increased from 13 to 53
