Flourgirl - I'm really sorry to hear about your neice - the poor thing, I hope things start getting better for her soon. Your bracelets and earrings are stunning - I think my favourite bracelet is the last one - I love the colours!

    Lei_armstrong - I'll don't think I'll buy the set - I bought a load of stamps yesterday - about 8 in all I think - so I think I'll refrain - they are great value though!

Farmville - hi and welcome to the thread - your tag idea sounds fab!!!!

Glittermum - your music card is lovely - I love your big bow!!!!

    Hi Dawnteabag,

Would you reccommend the promarkers? Have noticed a lot of you crafty ladies mention them. Oh and "Spendy Elves" - love that quote :p

I'm very fond of mine - they're the only thing that my colouring in looks like it has been done by someone eolder than 6 with.
My son, who is 9 currently has 'a full set of promarkers' at the top of his birthday list. Life would be so much cheaper if he just asked for a wii-fit or some games like a 'normal' boy.

    Hi Everyone,

Welcome Farmville, I'm fairly new to the thread as well, it's a lovely friendly thread you will love it,

Hello everyone, We have had a busy day today We did go to look at lappys and I ended up coming home with a pink dell, which we managed to get £100.00 off, when I asked the assistant he said they could not do it, so I went online via my phone and reserved it and saved the money, I also got the craft robo working as well and a huge thanks to Rusty the file came out great, will have a proper play later once the new laptop is all set up, it takes an age to get it done,
    take care Jo x

Hi everyone. We've had a lovely day here so did a bit of weeding and put some of the plants out from the sun room to try and start hardening them off. The runner beans are at the top of the poles and flowering but unless the bees can get to them we wont get any beans. The tomatoes are getting on for 6' high and we have some fruit on them but still too cold to get out. It's been a bit nippy though and quite windy so brought the beans back in after a while. I'll be glad when it warms up enough to get all the plants out as the sun room looks like a jungle! Took OH for a walk (:rotfl: , that's made him sound like a dog! No, he just fancied a walk so I went with him), then spent the afternoon making a couple of cards which I've blogged.

I bought some Tilda images off ebay the other day and they are lovely. Today I bought a mix and match lot of Penny Black and House Mouse, my choice, so can't wait for those to arrive.

Rainmac Hope your scones turned out well and you enjoyed your afternoon tea with mom and dad.

jowri Glad DH's minor op went OK and hope things turn out well with the biopsy.

dawnteabag Hang on in there with the job, your day will come. I hope you feel a bit more cheery soon.

flourgirl Sorry to hear about your neice, they're certainly having a run of bad luck. Hopefully they'll turn a corner soon.

Rusty Good to hear you're crafting again. LOL about the trampoline and the tip, I was thinking it must be posh where you live if people are taking unwanted 10' trampolines to the tip which are good enough to still be used :rotfl: .

ScattyJan Good news about the viewings, let's hope you get a quick sale and you can find something you like.

farmville Welcome! Promarkers are fantastic. Take it from someone who wasn't going to buy any 'cos I couldn't justify the expense as I knew if I had half a dozen I'd want a lot more. OH told me to treat myself so I got 25 then another 25!

I think I've caught up now, just as well as it's about bedtime again!
