Hi ladies,
I thought I would try on here for your help (Being as you all seem to be experts with the spending elves lol). I used to get blooms from Poppicrafts called Blooms to go (I think they were called Ellie, but cant double check as Poppicrafts is no more). I am trying to track down where else I can get them from, or if they maybe called something else? I find them the best for making basque/corset cards. Can anyone help? I have attached a photo... Or does anyone know of anything similar? TIA xxx

Baby have you looked at the Glitterpot. Sarahs cards also do flowers and I think its free postage if you only order flowers. I'm running away and hiding now................0

No matter how much life knocks you down, it's your ability to get back up, brush yourself off and face your next set of challenges that makes you stronger0 -

I've signed up for Dimension Fourths project club - £10 per month. I just received a lovely clear stamp set and some an ideas sheet, and you get 25% off internet sales too! The website isn't the easiest to use, but I do like their stamps.0

Babyfreckles - Fabulous card! looks really pretty and lovely bold colours! I agree with Flourgirl - your best place for flowers is Sarah's cards. (see I can be nice ladies lol I have no problem with Sarah herself she has been lovely throughout all of this, it is that other crazy woman!)Thankyou all for your welcomes, I did miss chatting to you all.
Choccy you have email
I bought the Silhouette machine which is exactly the same as a craft robo it has exactly the same software. The reason for me buying mine was that I wanted so many sets of nesties and alphabet dies for the cuttlebug it worked out so much cheaper in the long run to buy the machine. Its much more fiddly than the cuttlebug, but once you have resized your dies to suit yourself its a doddle. I do have mine on my craft desk which is a bonus as its always ready to be used. It takes a fair amount of patience to get used to it and you learn something new everytime, I'm not very techie at all and I can manage, it might be the long way round but I get there in the end!!
Flourgirl - lovely to have you back I didn't even know you had gone away, maybe I wasn't here when you mentioned it?... only 300 posts? is that all? I am sure we weren't trying hard, or maybe it is because I wasn't here :rotfl:
As you say about the silhouette it is the same but I am just like you, patience to get used to it and learning something new, just simple things which I learn can mean more ease of use, I am far from an expert and still rely on help which I ask OH for, or the lovely flourgirl gets emails of despair! :rotfl: I like to think I am quite computer minded but I do struggle with the robo but getting there slowly, it still isn't used half as much as it should be but I plan to change that as much as I can!chocolate.orange wrote: »And the colour
I couldnt see any other difference really Gem. But again im sure someone who knows will be able to tell you more. I believe that Rusty and her OH looked into all the different machines thats why i asked her advise x
You mean my OH looked at all of the other machinesthis came from him wanting to buy me a cricut for christmas!
I am glad I have the robo though now, it has saved me a fortune and now I am finally getting to use it then the better it is!
Gemm my advice would be if you can afford it then go for it! Another word of advice, DO NOT SELL YOUR NESTIES until you are more confident with using it and can create the files you want! This was my major downfall but OH has created Nestie files for me of various nesties which I can send to anyone who wants them for use on the robo.
Glittermum - Thanks for the info RE dimension fourth so you got a clear stamp set and an idea sheet? Can you share a pic of what you got please? OH said about buying me a monthly kit subscription for a year for my birthday but kits are like £20 a month  so something like this would be nicer as I don't like being tied down to some of the papers I would get!
Right I really must reply to all of the PM's I feel awful for being so ignorant but just haven't had a chance as yet!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
