    Well done OAP and Tinypablo!!!

Good luck with the bed craftygranny - DD is swapping a midi sleeper with cupboard underneath for a proper bed as her bedroom ceiling slopes and she's now too big to sit up without banging her head on the ceiling :rotfl: God knows where we're going to put the [STRIKE]s**t[/STRIKE] important children's things that she keeps in there. The new one has slide storage in the base - hope its big :D.

She was complaining about tummy ache when she went to bed - no way is she staying home with me tomorrow I'm gonna throw the pair of them out and lock the door behind them so I can be on my own - have really missed my peace and quiet being in the office sometimes I just prefer my own company :)

I like my own space too, can completely appreciate how you're feeling x Your writing always makes me laugh out loud, I think you should consider writing a book ;) Your ATC, card and images came today, thank you so much, they are all beautiful :D

Giggle, sounds like you had a great day :j

    Hi Everyone

Bet you are all excited about the NEC tomorrow – really gutted not to be coming :( but hope you all have a fantastic day meeting up. Please take lots of photos, particularly of you all wearing bunny ears!

Still really busy, but hope to be back posting very soon.

Thanks for asking about my new job Marg – it is going well, although the company is a bit pre-historic – no email or internet which is fine, but worse than that no franking machine and everything has to be done in triplicate – which takes me back 20 years, when I first started out in office work. Still I can’t complain too much as I go in do my six hours and leave at the end of the day without all the stress and worry of the other job. So I can’t see myself having this job for 9 years, like I was at the other one, but I am contented to go back to basics whilst the kids are growing up. My OH thinks it is great too as I am not the tetchy/grumpy person I was a few weeks ago.

Glad your card and envelope arrived OK, let me know how you get on, happy to help if you need any.

Huge thank you to the Wife for the package of goodies for winning the card swap last month. I am so embarrassed at not saying thank you before as I know you posted the envelope a while ago, but I only found it yesterday behind the recycling bin in our porch and I didn’t know it was there. Obviously, it didn’t fit through our letter box so the postman put it somewhere safe. The bits you sent are gorgeous, and look forward to making something with all the lovely goodies.

Got to say ‘Happy Birthday’ Myz, hope your card arrived – thank you for your CP swap card, and the peel offs that arrived today, they are fab, and will be posting them on my blog at the weekend.

Thanks to, to Thrifty for the beautiful things that you sent me for the stash swap. They too arrived today and I look forward to having a play with them at the weekend. Hope your envelope arrived OK.

Haven’t had a chance to go through the last 15 pages I’ve missed, but glad you are out of hospital Gemm, take it easy and hope you get back to full health soon.

Hope your daughter is feeling her usual self very soon Lyndach – it is always a worry when babies are unwell.

Thanks as always for the lovely comments you make on my blog. In answer to your comment Rusty, about the glittercard I used for my latest butterfly using the Robo, I’m not sure what thickness it was, but it was a pack I got of 5 coloured sheets from the Works for 99p. You are right I used the pink head, but just to be on the safe side I put it through twice to make sure it cut properly. Hope this helps.

Congratulations on your win OAP with the challenge and to tinypablo for being the runner up.

Good luck with the new bed in your DD room Padster – we had a big swap round here with my 2 boys at the end of last year, and was amazed at how much carp we keep just in case it may come in handy one day!

Sorry for the huge post, have a great day the NEC15 tomorrow xx
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.

Happy Birthday Myz hope you had a special day.

To the NEC15 have a fantastic time and remember we want a blow by blow on what you have got including pics. (Go on make us so miserable we have to come next time)

I have not crafted today at all and am feeling withdrawal pains but its a bit late to start now, will do a blog hop instead. I spent a wonderfully relaxing hour with the poderist this afternoon getting my feet done, so I feel quite springy:rotfl:so blog hopping should be easy;)
