  • Afternoon all

Thank you Flourgirl postie came at lunchtime fortunately without any letters from the Inland Rev (as OH has company car which murders his tax code on a regular basis am kind of expecting one :o)

Can't remember who asked about entering challenges more than one - some have a list of how many times you can enter in their rules (OSAAT is 3) and there are some that only let you combine so many - some will only let you enter 1 card but you can enter again with something else like a box. Can't think of any off the top of my head - others only accept ones made with specific products (Quixotic springs to mind)

Jut waiting for DD to wander home from school after her first day being one of the oldest - am tempted to wander up and see just how small the reception children are this year :D Hope Princess K managed to learn something today Craftygranny :rotfl:

Jazabelle, it might be me and Blogger but I can't see your link to the Pollycraft challenge on your blog. I don't think there's problem with entering a different card in the same challenge but I can't say for certain about all challenge blogs.

I swore I'd put the link in! Thanks for pointing that out, now fixed. I think I better not. The next challenge I looked at said you could enter up to 5, but as that one doesn't say, I won't.

    Hi all,

Having one of those 'don't want to do anything days'

Jazzabelle - i have entered my black and white card into more than one, if you have a look there are the links for them there, if you want to enter yours into them ones.

Thank you, I will take a look!

Just a quickie from me again, trying to get things sorted for school tomorrow, took kids to hairdressers and came out £20 lighter and between us we have lost a combined total of approx 9 inches!! most of it is from me I should add! Whoops! ... I have been crafting again today but can't show any of it yet!! :( boo! but hopefully some of it will be worth the wait! Massive thanks to Padster for helping me through my tantrum! lol ...

Thankyou to Flourgirl!! I shall not say why but WOW! what a card she sent me!! ... I am slowly piecing together your candy win ;) hope you will like it! xxx

Try and get back later on providing something tackles this pain I am constantly in! Not sure which is worse the abcess pain, or the leg pain!

Also I have just updated my cambridge diet blog ;) there are upto date pictures of me aswell

  • Hi all

DD enjoyed her first afternoon in school even though it typically poured down just at pick up time. Unfortunately my time was spent food shopping and writing DS's birthday invites. I am still trying to catch up whenever I get a minute and am up to 607, at this rate I may be upto date by christmas, I've had to give up on thanking each post as just taking too long. Am having some me time tonight at cardmaking class, this one is where we take our own project to work on and can use all her stamps, tools, inks etc. I've got so much stuff to sort out and unpack I just don't know what to take with me, I'm tempted to just take some card and have a play with her bigshot. I haven't used one before but either want a shot or bug for my birthday so really need to make my mind up pronto. Is the card challenge on here simply black and white?

    X

Can anyone help? I need someone to wander down memory lane with me. Can anyone remember the paper dress-up dolls that I think were in a newspaper or magazine that you could cut out their clothes and dress 'em up, they had little paper pegs that you folded over to hang on the bodies. I'm talking about the 50's:eek: era.

It was my first time at crafting I suppose, still can't cut straight after all these years. :D

    TiredMom Yup!:D
