KMS - what a pants decision expect it's something to do with the ages of your children (fortunately I don't work in housing or benefits :) )

The butterfly was one that Gemma punched for me for a project that was in my head but never actually got off the ground :o I think it's this one

    that'll be the one ;)

ETA: if anyone wants any butterflies punching please pm me!

    Hello everybody... :D

I am back and amazed at how many pages I have missed.. but that's not surprising as it is 3 weeks since I was last on the thread!!!

I am deffo not going to be able to catch up on all I have missed, but first off, I hope everyone is ok and survived the summer hols.. I use the words summer very lightly for those up north cos the rain today has been atrocious!! The hose pipe ban is now lifted, hoorah!! if it hadn't I think I would have personally gone to visit the NW Water board and asked them if they were having a laugh!! :)

    Well, what have I missed?
Many congrats Rusty on your dt job.. :D how exciting... sorry to read you have been emotional and not feeling yourself.. hugs.. :) Hope you have a brill time in Cornwall etc.. fab.. will look in my mags and see if there are any places advertised in there for the areas you are visiting?

Wifey The place I sent you a couple of 10% off vouchers for is moving.. or has moved.. my mag isn't at hand with the info in it at the mo.. if you haven't got the new address let me knnow and I will forward it to you.. do you want the latest voucher? I think it runs out end of Sept..?

How has everyone done with their craft stash ban?

I am afraid mine finished on Saturday last cos I went to a Lindsay Mason workshop at Dawn Bibby's... oops.. but that wasn't too bad, I had lasted a few weeks I think? Not worked it out properly...

Right, I will stop here before my post disappears and I will read over the past coulpe of pages to get a gist of what has been happening.. TTFN :D

    Hugs to everyone..

Just got back from looking after my niece, little niece was messing about in the bath and splashed water on the floor and slipped and cut her leg on the bath, (the front panel was off as they are decorating). Mum and dad took her to A&E and she has had glue stitches, and bless her she only cried once.

Does anyone have any advice for getting marianne design nesties from card as mine is sticking to it and I have been prying it off with my craft knife but have ripped a couple of them when doing so.

I found if I did it in a thick cardstock i.e bazill, then left it in there (mine currently has brown bazill stuck in it) then the next time I used it then it didn't get completely stuck in there and could easily be prized. Try using some tweezers to ease it out. Mine work fine now ;) I have their fancy frames and their snowflakes!

Gemm have fun punching them butterflies! :rotfl:
