I started with one tiny little drawer and am not telling how much stuff i have now but it fills one room and all the stuff for nappy cakes etc for the fundraiser have taken over most of the utility room.

Think i need another good clear out. lol.

Hope everyone has had a great day. We spent it with some friends at the park playing cricket, it was fab just to let the kids run around.

Flourgirl – i’m not sure of the size of the letters I use on the name cards, it depends on how long the names are and what sort of card I need to use to fit the letters on but the font is ‘Playbill’. I’ll email you on of the files so you can have a play in a bit.

Artydoll – fabulous first stepper card. I love it and must have a go at making one.

Craftygranny – I’m with Flourgirl. I love the robo, but you do need to get used to it. Once you can send something to cut then you are away. That is all that I can do and I leave my OH to design things on it for me, like the little box I made yesterday for my mum’s birthday.

    Welcome to the thread CraftFairies.

Izzy Wizzy – I am so glad you parcel arrived and you like the bits and pieces I put in with the ribbon. Can’t wait to see what you make with them.

Hi Louby-Lou-Lou – nice to see you posting again.

Kms26 – sorry to hear about your housing situation. Hope you are able to appeal the decision, and get the current decision overturned.

Rainmac – take care of yourself, I hope you are feeling better very soon.

Mad-frog – great result for your niece, bet she is really pleased.

Elysia2003 – the butterfly I use on my cards, is on that my OH designed on the craft robo. If you would like some PM me and I’ll pop some in the post to you.

Sorry Irlrip – sorry I didn’t get round to cutting you some ovals today, will get some in the post to you over the next few days.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

    Evening all ... remember me?

So sorry I haven't been around much, I am feeling so sorry for myself at the minute and very emotional so figured that I was better not posting and just reading ... so much to comment on but I am afraid I am just going to say hugs to those who need them, and those who are poorly get well soon. Well done to the winners aswell.

We go away on holiday in the middle of thursday night ... probably leave around midnight and share the driving to Cornwall with OH. Anyone know any craft shops in Cornwall/Devon/Tamworth? we will be visiting all 3 over the space of 10 days! :rotfl:

Also I am so excited, I have just recieved an email from a company who has asked me to be on her DT!!! ... this company I absolutely adore her stamps and always end up buying them on pre order!! I am absolutely ecstatic!! :j :j Can't say who it is for as yet as not sure if she has told the others as she knows I am away in a couple of days!! But I will get proper real physically in my hands stamps to ink up :D

Rusty - the only craft shop I know of in Tamworth is Hobbycraft sadly.

It sounds like you could do with the holiday - you need a break! Congratulations on the DT. WooHoo

Thanks Elysia, I know about Hobbycraft as my sister used to work there before moving out to Bulgaria ... wish she still did as I would use her discount card lol .... Will have to have a look about, I hate the dump now... spent my life there and now hate to go back, think it is possibly because I have nothing there now?

    Part of the Furniture
Just got back from looking after my niece, little niece was messing about in the bath and splashed water on the floor and slipped and cut her leg on the bath, (the front panel was off as they are decorating). Mum and dad took her to A&E and she has had glue stitches, and bless her she only cried once.

Does anyone have any advice for getting marianne design nesties from card as mine is sticking to it and I have been prying it off with my craft knife but have ripped a couple of them when doing so.
