Afraid not, I'm the one that spends a fortune I don't have! The friend I was with had been a few times before, so she'd decided not to buy anything. She then decided to get a small basket, just to get a few bits. She then had to upgrade to a big basket, and get her credit card out! Whoops.

Maybe I should come shopping with you :). Hope you get your letter quickly.

Craftygranny Hope you manage to shift you bug. Sending you hugs.

Soma Iris folding - good idea

Why is it when you are all talking about rain we have glorious sunshine and vice versa, I know I'm in Scotland and you're all in England but it's not that far away (shruggy shoulder thingy)

Well I'm way behind, so it may take me a while to catch up. Only on page 570! So a way to go yet.

Anyway, hello all newbies, Irlrip, Nualabuala, Skysky, Little Otter and any more I may have missed

Congratulations to all the winners - looks like there has been quite a few while I was away.

Congratulations to Madfrog and Jowri on becoming Aunties!

Had a quick look on the blogs, all the makes are fantastic. Will try and spend some time commenting over the next few days.

Hope you are feeling better Rusty and Artydoll.

Hope everyone is having and has had good holidays.

I realised before I went away, I never put up the last card I made, so will try and do that between shopping for school stuff, washing etc. and working!

Marg - thanks for the list, it arrived this morning, so I will need to get myself into gear to start sending cards now!

Hugs to anyone who needs one. x

Oooo.... that could be dangerous, DH is wanting to go back to Banbury for a few days, I wasn't bothered, but now this looks too tempting!!

Hope your Dad had a lovely birthday yesterday.

He did I think, thank you. It is so hard to know what to get him so I went for a fleece jacket from Cotton Traders, he loved it but it was rather a boring pressie. The boys bought him some Mikados (think that's what they are called - thin biscuits coated in chocolate) and an Elvis CD :D

If you get to Coleman's make sure you go the last weekend in the month as they have 20% off all full priced stuff and numerous offers on other things. Please do let me know if you're going and I can meet you there, it's only about 20 mins from me :). They do free tea/coffee cake - mainly for bored men I think ;)

Congrats to the latest winner x

Craftygranny, sorry to hear you are poorly, hope you feel much better soon x

Mad Frog, I've been doing a cross stitch thing for a DT piece, it's been driving me insane as I chose to stitch it on the hardest fabric ever, linen! Never again, it took ages

Wanna-b-rich, hope your head is much better xxx

PONR, so glad to hear your foot is feeling better :)

I need to get off here now as DS2 wants the laptop to play Club Penguin, I have ironing to do (and maybe a card?) so see you later xxx

No letter today with the tribunal decision. I usually love Royal Mail, but can they seriously not get a first class letter the town centre, to the other side of the town centre the next day? And it's not like the sorting office is far either, it's about 10 mins walk away from me. Argh!

I have a good mind to go down to the sorting office, and cry until they let me sort my own mail! Think it will work?

Got my fingers crossed it will be with you tomorrow xxx

Can anyone tell me for the challenge that was set on here last week, how many cards can we enter?
