  • Just popped on quickly before bed to let you know that Craftwork Cards have a few things on sale here
    Night everyone x

    Hope everyone is ok today.

I've been busy making bag charms today and they are in the usual place if you want to see them!!

My dew drops arrived today from Sarah's Cards - they are bigger than I thought they'd be but will look nice in the middle of flowers and on the card as an alternative to card candy!

Congrats to Scatty Jan and the other winner!!!!!!
Gemm - so glad you have not got much longer in work. What a relief for you.
Rusty - great that your OH got the job that he went for!

I am off to the Chiropodist tomorrow - the letter says for an assessment but I hope they do something about the corn whilst I am there as I am in agony with it!

Good morning everyone. Early for me but I'm having to get up earlier with the puppy. OH really isn't very good at the puppy watch business, the only "accidents" we've had is when he's watching her! His reactions aren't nearly quick enough and I think we all know most men can't multi-task!!! I'd forgotten how demanding it is, lots of distraction when she's chewing something she shouldn't, lots of time spent trying to toilet train, play, basic commands, etc. I think it might take a while. She had a bath yesterday, it's on her blog it for anyone interested - thanks Marg, your comment made me laugh!

Anyway, congrats to the latest winners.

Well done to those chosen for DTs.

Rusty Great news about your OH's interview, I hope he can use it as a bargaining tool if he wants to stay where he is and get an increase in salary.

DTB Not sure which part of Wales you're going to but we've just had 2 nice days weather-wise, really welcome as we've had some carp weather here in N.Wales.

PONR Hope you get some relief with your corn today.

Sorry to miss anyone out. Keep blogging as I'm managing to keep up better with them and comment.

Marg I too have trouble sticking things on straight, glad it's not just me
Rusty congratulations to OH on the job offer
Craftygranny lol that did make me smile about your hair :D
Irlrip I colour blonde hair in the following way, I use sandstone on the roots etc, then I go over it with mustard to blend, then colour the whole thing with buttercup, have a look at Tilda on my you know where, it looks a bit brash until it has dried.
    DTB enjoy your break
Melissa hope you are enjoying your time at your mum's.

OH cleaned all of downstairs yesterday while I was at work, even the fridge and cooker, so I must clean upstairs today, am going to make a nice dinner tonight for him as I haven't seen much of him for the last two weeks with me being at work

Hope to finish cross stitch for the baby today, and I am going to attempt a nappy cake

    Padster Belated Happy Anniversay :T

Rusty That's great news about OH's job - I hope he gets the result he wants. Is the new job nearer to home?

CT Belated Happy Anniversary to you too :T Can't wait to hear how you get on at Alton Towers

Wifey :j:j Your road trip sounds great.

PONR Hope you get your foot sorted today so you can go to the states pain free.

Hope everyone is having a good day. I think I must be off my head - OH and I are going to look at a house next week (we've not put ours up for sale yet) and I think I'm gonna love it. It's been on the market for ages, it's empty and I don't think there's any other interest in it - gonna need loads of inside outs so that ours sells really quickly so we can snap this up.

Mad-Frog - just had a look and I love the card. Just checked and I do have the colours you suggested so I will give it a try.

Flourgirl - would that box be something a beginner could use?

Are we not supposed to use the word B*** as I have noticed people putting a reference to it but not using the actual word? Just wondered:o
