Rusty - send her to me it's chilly but sunny here. Just seen your pics WOW!

She settled in the end thanks Marg, although I am sure she would have you running rings within 10 mins if I sent her to you lol bless her! I was a tad evil to calm her down though I put her in her wellies and sent her to play in the puddles with DS! ... that worked as she loves her wellies and splashing! I am going to PM you in a mo ;)

Irlip I need to PM you aswell :j

Flourgirl - Well done on your RUB bargain!! thats a canny find!! I am still waiting for my unit to come :j can't wait!

Melissa - glad you arrived safely, hope you can have some *me* time and relax whilst you are there!

Giggle - sorry to hear about your son's top, but glad your eye is better. We've had a couple of leaking glow sticks here - I bought some battery ones from the Range this year they are fab!

Rusty - that was on eheck of a storm- hope Maddison was Ok in the end.

Flourgirl - I think that your work would grace any DT out there - it is beautiful.

Irlip - it sounds as if you are really getting into this - your craft shop sounds lovely.

    xx

Thanks Marg. I look at DT cards on the blogs and they are made to such a high standard I would be panicing incase mine aren't good enough.

RUBs are Really Useful Boxes, I have quite a few for storing card. Ooops just realised I fell off the wagon again!!!

    Missed this one!! ...

Your cards are so beautiful, they would snap you up honestly! I never thought I would be good enough yet they took me on ... you would seriously never have any problems! xxx

I wouldn't class RUB's as stash ;) I am nearly a month stash free :j I think I might just continue mine see how much I can do!

I feel like that all the time, my first ever cards I wouldn't dare use them now, they were awful but now I can see how I have improved and been inspired by the ladies on this thread! I think we are our own worst enemies and can be very harsh on cards of our own. Some days things go right and some days they don't!

If you need inspiration use our blogs and look at the various styles, or look for a sketch to follow and use that which will also help.
Alternatively, if you want constructive criticism then post your cards and ask for ways in which you could improve, I still do this now as sometimes I think a card needs something else but just don't know what!

    Welcome to the madhouse :j

By the way I just blogged :) in the usual place if anyone wants a nosey!

Fifi Folle - I had thought about the Christmas workshop but was also really impressed with the lady in the craft shop, only thing it's not so near home.

Melissa - NO ink pad yet but I have just had an email to say my Promarkers are in the post:D

Soma - the lady advised me to practice first with my stamps before rushing in buying lots of things.
