Ali - well done for going on the zip wire - I don't think I could have done it!!!

Dawnteabag - thanks for thinking of me - I had seen it over on Hotukdeals!! Leo will be at my Mum's house with me when the match is on but I've got to get tickets for OH and his brother on Tuesday - I wish they were always this price!!!

Jellybaby - welcome to the thread - I can't really help you as I have a big shot machine instead of the cuttlebug!

No probs - I would have taken "&son" it's about time he saw some proper football in a proper stadium poor litle Sheffield Wednesday fan that he is (we missed the opening match of the season against that top rated team - Dagenham & Redbridge) but Sadly we're off to London on that day for a bit of culture.

Congrats to Rusty and WBR on your DT and also to Artydoll.

Sorry I've not been keeping up much this last week, puppy watching is very time consuming. Toilet training is going well but we do have to keep a keen eye open when in the lounge. Good job we only use it at night when watching TV.

We've had a lovely sunny day here, first one for ages. We tidied up the garden a bit. Had the puppy with us, you even have to watch them out there as there's quite a few plants which are poisonous. First injection for her on Tuesday, then only another couple of weeks to the second one and hopefully we can then take her out.

OH was sole puppy watcher this afternoon to give me a couple of hours card making. I've blogged it and entered a few challenges.

I'm just about managing to keep up with all the blogs but can't keep up on here at the moment. So hugs to everyone whether you need one or not and welcome to any newbies that have joined us over the last few days.
  • Somebody needs to look here - congratulations!!!!!! You need to scroll down abit to find out!!!

Kids bathed and watching robot wars - so catching up on here & on blogs... however, I must apologise I've not got all the new blogs registered yet, but will get them followed soon. Hubby has arranged a last minute camping trip for tomorrow & Tue night (great..not!) so wont be on - getting withdrawal symptoms already - lol. I could really do without going as got loads to do at home - but the kids are so excited - so will just try and get organised when we come back!!

    Ooh congrats - ?????????

thanks the wife for that link it was really useful! Can you emboss using any cutting die with the cuttelbug is you use an embossing mat? x

Jellybaby - you get the A and B plates in the box with the cuttlebug. You need a C plate to emboss and die cut with other branded dies (I only bought mine yesterday, and I haven't tested it yet).

I was in Hobbycraft, I did ask about the silicone embossing mat but the Sales Assistant hadn't a clue, so fingers crossed I don't need it yet as I'm hoping my nestibilitlies come tomorrow and I want to play. :D
