CG - when we had our restaurant and we wanted to go to the cash and carry warehouses etc., we had to provide proof of being a business, usually invoices from a couple of suppliers, our own letterhead or business card.
As you're seeing the fundraising co-ordinator I'm wondering if she has access, or knows how you can get access, to any of the warehouses.
Don't forget that their prices are usually ex-VAT so not always as cheap as it appears - Makro as an example.
Rusty - very well done to your OH :T.
Thank you so much. I just rang the warehouse i was thinking of using it does florists supplies and tons of other stuff and hopefully it seems quite positive . She said i need proof from a registered charity that i fundraise for them then i can apply online and they'll check out the charity and me and get back to me asap.
I use loads of florists ribbon and bows and cellophane etc so hopefully i'll save something even if it's only the postage from ebay.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

No matter how much life knocks you down, it's your ability to get back up, brush yourself off and face your next set of challenges that makes you stronger0 -
Wifey I have the stick and spray that Sara goes on about, but am ashamed to say, I haven't used it yet..
I will have a go with something tomorrow and let you know.. I usually use pritt stick and I also use a thickish spngey old mousemat, put the card ontop, then press image down on it and it gives a really good impression.. that is if easy mount isn't attached to the stamp already.. hth x
Thanks, Hassy, craftygranny, Soma and the Padster, I appreciate your help on such a sticky issue. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

Beautiful Christmas cards Flourgirl, and thanks for the link to the white fully stuff. It is really effective on the images.
Haven’t done any crafting today, as the house was a tip, so have had to do the housework and loads of sorting of paperwork out. My eldest is going on scout camp on Sunday for a week, so have spent most of the evening packing everything that he needs to take. Got a busy few days coming up so hope to do some more card making next week.2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
Evening all. Thanks for the concern re DS, he is OK, very sore where it broke the skin and very very bruised, but determined that he's going to master the trick he failed at, just glad I make him wear a helmet! I felt really sick when it happened, but he didn't cry until he was out of sight of the other kids. I'm fully anticipating a broken limb at some point over the summer hols!
Anyway, I put everyone's name in bag and DS picked a ticket and the winner of the try a new technique challenge is..................
Ali.B 123:j
Congratulations, I'll get your prize out to you in the next couple of days (I think I've got your addy, if not can you PM me, TY).
Thanks to everyone else for entering.
If you entered my giveaway check that it's not you as the prize still hasn't been claimed and as per the rules the winner must claim their prize. If it's not claimed then I will have to re-draw it.
Oh and I've just finished playing with my first Sweetpea stamp and have blogged my result - (oh, and I seem to have ordered a few more today, well it was my reward for working twice this week).

Wanna B - my stuff is on crafty ribbons today 'ship ahoy!' Glad your DS is recovering.
Craftygranny - think you've taken the right approach re the fundraising asking companies to cooperate charity wise - I'd steer clear of trying to register as a business it could get complicated. if you want me to make anything please shout.
Rainmac - DS2 is only little - plenty of time to grow out of the thumbsucking & he'll do it when he's ready, I did!
Rusty - Well Done to OH on his bike test.
