Hi, feeling aggrieved  as just got caught with a New Look card, which I only set up for the initial 15% discount and then paid off in full. Went through First Direct who use fast track and they sent the payment in full on the day. I have had a £12 late charge plus 86p interest as they do not support fast track. I have just rung them and they have agreed to refund £6 but that is all. I argued the point that they should say or inform the banks they dont support this system, but apparently they put on front of statement to allow 5 days. Very cross but not a lot I can do. Anybody got caught with this or advice Ta
