yes, i do need to be better at doing an actual meal plan in future. i find when i do that, it makes my food shopping cheaper as well because i know i can use things a few times in diff. meals. hmm.

haha, i am making a list of all the things i need to do to get my flat tidy again..having a friend for tea on thurs and at the moment the place is a shameful mess!

PF - even if it's getting a few cheap ready meals in the freezer anything is better than nothing and it sounds like you're so busy right now you'd be forgiven.

What do you think is the issue, is it shopping for food or cooking it or eating it?

well i don't go food shopping very often, mainly because i don't like shoipping without a list or i just come home with everything forgotten.
and i'm just not very good at sitting down and doing the planning / list recently

eta - plus the fact that i've not had much of an appetite recently, which hasn;t exactly left me inspired to make a list / food shop
so i guess it's a combination..
